  • SENIOR HOUSING FOR THE PANDEMIC
  • Conceptual project realized at the turn of 2018 and 2020
  • The project responds to the contemporary needs related to social distancing for the elderly in times of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • The location of mini-flats for the elderly in separate buildings is conducive to isolation and maintaining the sanitary regime
  • Residential cottages located in a park environment provide access to greenery, air circulation and the possibility of walking at a distance from companions in the resort
  • Thanks to the separation of the residential function into individual houses, the risk of infection is minimized
  • a development complex for the needs of a housing estate for seniors

  • the complex consists of the main care and therapeutic team building (ZOL), catering facilities and a common room which also functions as a restaurant
  • a dozen or so multi-family single-family buildings were proposed in the complex
  • ZOL provides – rehabilitation and rehabilitation rooms, doctors’ surgeries and rooms for the most demanding patients
  • single-family buildings provide single and double rooms with independent terraces, with a common entrance area
  • single-family houses and ZOL represent an economical, elegant architecture
  • the ZOL building was connected with the restaurant building with a large roof, which is to encourage walks, gathering opportunities for outdoor meetings also in case of unpleasant aura
  • A car park for users and guests was designed in front of the ZOL building, it was assumed that parking at single-family buildings would be ad hoc and sporadic
  • thanks to this the whole team will give the certainty of spending time in peace
  • two stylistic versions of single-family buildings are planned
  • the whole has been thought out so that it is possible to stage the investment
