  • Smart Willa is a single-family house with over-average usable space and many amenities.
  • A two-storey house designed for a narrow plot, extended by a two-storied one-story garage
  • The daily zone in the ground floor is enlarged with a winter garden and a terrace completely covered with a terrace from the floor.
  • This gives the possibility to use the terrace and garden zone almost all year round without the risk of getting wet.
  • The terrace on the first floor was designed as a representative with elements of greenery with a view of the neighboring stream.
  • Smart Villa is an unusual house due to the technological assumptions in the project related to installations for a smart home.
  • Central control from the touch panel and intelligent switches and remote control were designed.
  • A place for a mini server room has been designed.
  • The project assumes that the house can also be controlled by means of a smartphone.
