  • design of a single-family house located in the mountains
  • we designed this house for the needs of investors who value a weekend getaway to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city
  • For this reason, the house is small, with an area of approximately 110 m2.
  • two-story, compact located on a hill
  • its unusual form is provided by a strongly protruding roof, which protects the glazing from sun and rain
  • a large terrace is intended for recreational purposes, including a space for a jacuzzi
  • the landform of the plot and the adjacent buildings were completed in accordance with the existing condition
  • the problems of the plot include its unusual shape and buildings on neighboring plots
  • in the neighborhood there are buildings close to the border of the plot, which resulted in the building being significantly narrowed
  • a classic functional layout was proposed: on the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and living room create a common space
  • To visually enlarge the space, the stairs were designed as openwork
  • A hanging fireplace in the form of a pear adds a mountain atmosphere
  • the slope of the terrain in front of the terrace allows for recreation and provides beautiful views
  • on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom
