design of a single-family house located in the mountains
we designed this house for the needs of investors who value a weekend getaway to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city
For this reason, the house is small, with an area of approximately 110 m2.
two-story, compact located on a hill
its unusual form is provided by a strongly protruding roof, which protects the glazing from sun and rain
a large terrace is intended for recreational purposes, including a space for a jacuzzi
the landform of the plot and the adjacent buildings were completed in accordance with the existing condition
the problems of the plot include its unusual shape and buildings on neighboring plots
in the neighborhood there are buildings close to the border of the plot, which resulted in the building being significantly narrowed
a classic functional layout was proposed: on the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and living room create a common space
To visually enlarge the space, the stairs were designed as openwork
A hanging fireplace in the form of a pear adds a mountain atmosphere
the slope of the terrain in front of the terrace allows for recreation and provides beautiful views
on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom
