the project involves the construction of 2 multi-family buildings, 4 floors
the ground floor is intended as a zone of apartments with home gardens
on each floor, 5 flats of various sizes were proposed: from a large studio apartment to large, multi-room apartments
building equipped with a lift and a well-lit comfortable staircase
on the top floor apartments with terraces have been proposed
the scale of the buildings is to be respectful of the neighboring single-family housing – the fourth floor has been withdrawn so that the buildings are not too overwhelming
all apartments are equipped with large balconies and storage rooms
apartments are mostly large, so that there is enough space
apartments on the top floor have large terraces for rest and recreation, terraces from a dozen to several dozen square meters

on the top floor there are three penthouse apartments. The other floors are assembled
consists of 5 apartments diversified in terms of area and arrangement. From the smallest 2-room with an area of 57m2 to a 3-room apartment with toilet, bathroom, wardrobe and hall
with an area of 85m2. For flats on the ground floor, there is a possibility to buy gardens with an area of about 100m2, and for each apartment, it is possible to buy a storage room.
Apartments on floors 1 and 2 have modern and spacious balconies, and apartments on the last storey terraces.
