In May 2018 we implemented RODO in our company:
personal data will be kept secret and stored in a dedicated, described way – both in real and digital documents
the collection and storage of personal data will be described in the procedures

RODO is the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data issued by the European Parliament and the EU Council in 2016 on the protection of individuals’ personal data regarding the processing of personal data.

From May 28, 2018, it will be necessary to introduce new rules and the way the organization operates in the field of personal data protection, including: processing and storage of personal data. Actual adjustment of the company to the requirements of European Parliament regulations requires the description of the structure of information assets held and organizational and technical measures.

The administrator of your personal data is Tomasz Bradecki who runs a sole proprietorship.
The administrator conducts personal data processing operations which you provide in connection with the conclusion of the contract for the execution of project work, in particular: name and surname, address, e-mail, contact number, PESEL number, identity card number, tax identification number

Your personal data is processed during the implementation of the contract for the provision of design services and stored for a period of 6 years from the day of the final processing operation
The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. and)

27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in a relationship
with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years from the date of their last use.
