  • Multifamily housing complex in Knurów at ul. Wiosenna belongs to one of the largest housing investments in this part of Knurów.
  • Wiosenna street has very good access to the road of the national street Rybnicka (relation Gliwice-Rybnik), as well as the A4 motorway and to the center of Knurów.
  • In the immediate vicinity there is the necessary basic infrastructure: shops and service outlets, including a school.
  • Land development assumes the implementation of a car park for residents and guests, as well as bicycle lights to ensure parking not only for cars, but also for bicycles. A large part of the area behind the buildings was intended for greenery for the recreational needs of residents.
  • Two three-storey multi-family buildings were designed on the plot.
